Return Treatment for Treated Areas
If mold returns in a treated area within one year of service completion, we’ll return and re treat that area at no additional charge. Contact us within the guarantee period. Leaks and ongoing moisture must be corrected unless included in the scope. The guarantee covers re treatment; it excludes leak repairs, demolition, reconstruction and previously untreated areas. Your written authorization contains the full service terms.
